Meet Larissa - The Heart Behind the Table

Hi, I’m Larissa Beckham—wife, animal lover, dream chaser, and the hands behind every lovingly prepared dish at Daydream Farm Catering and Charcuterie.

I’ve always loved food—cooking, creating new dishes, and watching how a shared meal can bring people together. From cozy family dinners to large church gatherings, one thing has always remained the same: I find pure joy in feeding others and making them feel at home around the table.

In the spring of 2014, I met Russ — my best friend, my biggest supporter, and the love of my life. It was love at first sight. Just months later, in September, our lives took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Together, we faced that battle head-on and came out stronger than ever. That journey became the turning point that inspired me to truly live my dream — sharing my passion for food with others in a way that brings comfort, beauty, and meaning.

In 2021, Russ and I planted new roots — quite literally—on a beautiful piece of farmland that quickly became our haven. We’ve cultivated a vibrant garden, apple trees, figs, blackberries, and rows of fresh herbs. Combined with locally sourced meats, cheeses, honey, and sorghum, these ingredients form the heart of every dish I create. It’s food that tells a story—of healing, resilience, and the richness of what’s grown close to home.

By our side are our two beloved rescues—Marshal Dillon, our loyal dog, and Jarvis, our mischievous kitty. They remind us daily of the beauty in second chances and the joy of simple, everyday moments. Our third rescue, Cassie, recently passed but offered so much support and love during my battle with cancer and road to recovery.

Today, I specialize in artful charcuterie displays, handcrafted boards, and farm-inspired floral accents—each designed to reflect the season and the soul of your event. Everything I create is rooted in love, crafted with care, and meant to make your gathering feel special and truly one-of-a-kind.

Welcome to my table—I’m so glad you’re here.
